Who you’re agreeing with

These Terms are between you and Neurosia Limited, Business Registration No. 78674598, Unit B, 11/F, Yam Tze Commercial Building, 23 Thomson Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, the operator of AOGAR (“we,” “us”). Contact: help@aogar.com or the contact page.

The service

AOGAR provides educational and organizational tools that help you prepare for meetings about your child’s education plan. It is not legal, medical, educational or psychological advice, and it does not create any professional relationship. See the Disclaimer for the full boundaries.

Your content

Your answers and any text you paste or edit remain yours, stored locally in your browser. You’re responsible for what you choose to include. We recommend following the in-tool prompts to keep identifying details out.

Purchases

• The Meeting Prep Card is free.
• The Case File is $49, one-time, per case file (the document generated from one set of answers). No subscription; nothing recurs.
• Refunds: if the Case File isn’t what you expected, write to us within 14 days and we’ll make it right. Including a refund when that’s the fix.
• A purchase unlocks the case file on the browser you used. Because there are no accounts, switching devices means starting fresh. Plan your printing accordingly.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: no scraping, automated abuse or republishing our content as your own. You may print and use your own generated documents freely. They’re yours. Guides and templates on the public pages are copyrighted; link to them rather than copying them wholesale.

No warranties; limits

The service is provided “as is.” We work hard to make it useful and accurate, but we don’t warrant that it fits every situation, district practice or state context. Special education practice varies, and no preparation tool can account for all of it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to what you paid us.

Governing law, and what that means for US consumers

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer in the United States: nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under US federal or state law, and if any provision is found unenforceable under the law that applies to you, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the rest of these Terms will remain in effect.
