Who operates AOGAR

AOGAR is operated by Neurosia Limited, Business Registration No. 78674598, Unit B, 11/F, Yam Tze Commercial Building, 23 Thomson Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. AOGAR serves parents across the United States, and this policy is written to apply to US residents. Including the rights under US state privacy laws described below. What we collect

• Your tool answers: your working copy stays in your browser. When your free card is ready, we store a recovery copy for 30 days so the private code we email can restore it on another device. We do not create an account. The recovery copy is automatically deleted after 30 days.
• Anonymous usage events: which pages are viewed, where the intake is started or abandoned and whether a card or purchase happens. Without the content of your answers. This is standard analytics used to improve the tool.
• Your contact email: if you provide it before viewing the Prep Card, we send the address, your selected concern, your consent choice, recovery code and an anonymous case reference to Brevo. If you opt in, Brevo uses that information to send practical IEP preparation emails and occasional Case File offers. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email.
• If you purchase: your email address for the receipt, handled by the payment processor. We don’t store card numbers. Payment processors do that; this site never sees them.
• If you write to us: your message and email, used only to reply.

What we never ask for

Your child’s full name, date of birth, diagnosis or school name. No document uploads, no records, no test scores. Optional short excerpts (a goal sentence, one line of a progress report) are the only case-specific text the tool accepts. Keep identifying details out of any text because the recovery copy contains your card for 30 days.

Where your data lives

Your working copy lives in your browser. The 30-day recovery copy is stored on AOGAR’s hosting service and can be retrieved only with its recovery code. The only other data that reaches us or a processor is described above: analytics identifiers, contact-list metadata, purchase and receipt records and correspondence. Brevo processes contact-list data, and Stripe processes checkout and receipt data. Where a processor is involved, it is bound by contract to use that data only to provide the service.

Cookies and tracking

The site uses no advertising cookies and sells no data. Analytics may set a cookie to distinguish visitors; blocking it does not break the tool. Local storage holds your in-progress answers and purchase unlock so you can close the tab and return.

Your rights under US state privacy laws

If you live in California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah or another US state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have rights to know what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to request its deletion and to opt out of certain processing.

• We do not sell personal information, and we have not sold personal information in the past 12 months.
• We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising: there is no advertising on AOGAR at all.
• What we hold about most visitors is minimal: an analytics identifier and, if you created a recovery card, a 30-day code-protected card copy. If you joined the contact list, purchased or emailed us, we also hold your email address and limited contact metadata.
• To exercise a right, email help@aogar.com with the request. We’ll verify your identity as needed and respond within 45 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Children

AOGAR is intended for adults, and the service is not directed to children under 13 (COPPA); we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. AOGAR also never receives education records from schools: under FERPA, education records remain with the school and nothing in this tool accesses or collects them. You choose what short excerpts, if any, you type, and we encourage you to keep identifying details out.

Data removal

You can clear the local copy by starting over or clearing site data in your browser settings. Recovery copies expire automatically after 30 days. To request earlier removal, email help@aogar.com with your recovery code. If you’ve emailed us or purchased, ask and we’ll delete the correspondence and receipt records we hold, subject to any legal retention requirements.

Changes

If this policy materially changes, the date below changes with it. Continued use after a change means you’re okay with the updated version.
